Refund and Dispute Policy

This Refund and Dispute Policy applies to purchases and bookings made through ChokMuay.com, including personal Muay Thai training sessions and merchandise from our online store. The platform is operated by GG Stadium Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand.

1. Refund Eligibility

We will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

• Overpayment or duplicate transaction
• Technical error resulting in incorrect charges
• Unavailable training slot after booking confirmation
• Out-of-stock product that cannot be replaced

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

• No-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours before booked training)
• Used or damaged merchandise
• Change of mind or incorrect size selection without return (see Return Policy)

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact Form. Include:

• Full name
• Email used for the booking or order
• Booking or order number
• Transaction date and amount
• Reason for the refund request

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our decision, please contact us directly to resolve the matter. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of Thailand and fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
