This Return Policy and Process applies to all merchandise purchases made through ChokMuay.com, operated by GG Stadium Co., Ltd. in Thailand. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your order, and we are committed to handling returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned or exchanged if the following conditions are met:

• The request is made within 14 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

• Used, washed, or damaged items
• Final sale or discounted products
• Requests made after 14 days of delivery
• Items returned without prior contact or approval

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us using the Contact Form and include:

• Your full name and email address
• Your order number
• Details of the item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return or exchange

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, we’ll process the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will cover return shipping for such cases and arrange a replacement or full refund.
