This Refund and Dispute Policy applies specifically to sponsorship contributions made through ChokMuay.com. Sponsorship-related financial affairs are managed by GGWallet OÜ (17122931), a company established in Estonia. GGWallet OÜ is not responsible for the general operation of ChokMuay.com or its non-sponsorship services.

1. Nature of Sponsorship

Sponsorship contributions made via ChokMuay.com are considered voluntary support for Muay Thai fighters, events, and related community development initiatives. These are not commercial purchases, and sponsors do not receive physical goods or guaranteed services in return.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

• A technical error (e.g., duplicate transaction).
• Unauthorized or fraudulent use of the payment method.
• Incorrect amount charged due to system malfunction.

All other sponsorships are considered final and non-refundable, especially once funds are allocated to a fighter or event.

3. Refund Request Process

• Reason for the refund request

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction.

4. Dispute Resolution

We encourage sponsors to contact us directly regarding any concerns. In the event of unresolved sponsorship-related issues, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Estonia, and handled under the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
