Sponsorship contributions made through ChokMuay.com are voluntary and intended to support Muay Thai fighters, events, and development programs. Sponsors do not gain ownership, equity, or commercial rights from their contributions.

2. No Guarantees or Returns

Sponsorships do not entitle the sponsor to any material return or service. While efforts are made to showcase the impact of contributions, no outcomes, acknowledgments, or specific results are guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction to sponsor or submit payments. By participating in sponsorships, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Use of Funds

GGWallet OÜ reserves the right to allocate sponsorship funds at its discretion to best support fighters, coaches, and event logistics. This may include training, travel, accommodation, medical care, or daily needs.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in any activity that harms the fighters, team, or the reputation of ChokMuay.com or GGWallet OÜ. This includes fraudulent payments, abusive language, or unauthorized use of content.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Sponsorship contributions are generally non-refundable. Exceptions and dispute procedures are described in the Refund and Dispute Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ChokMuay.com, including logos, media, and written materials, is protected and may not be reused without permission. GGWallet OÜ does not claim ownership over site content unrelated to sponsorship activities.

8. Changes to Terms

GGWallet OÜ reserves the right to modify these sponsorship-related terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of sponsorship features indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes related to sponsorships will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
